Powertrain Right Mount Support Assembly - Removal and Installation
Removal
- Remove the right front wheel assembly. See Wheel Assembly - Removal and Installation
- Remove the right front wheel mudguard assembly. See Right Front Wheel Mudguard Assembly - Removal and Installation
- Remove the front motor lower mudguard assembly. See Front Motor Lower Mudguard Assembly - Removal and Installation
- Remove 1 fixing bolt, and take out the ground wiring harness of front motor assembly.
- Remove 4 fixing bolts from the powertrain right mount bracket assembly.
- Remove 3 fixing bolts, and take out the powertrain right mount bracket assembly and the powertrain right mount support assembly.
- Remove 1 fixing bolts and take out the powertrain right mount support assembly.
Warning Before removing, use equipment to support the powertrain to prevent falling parts and personal injury.
Installation
- The installation steps are opposite to the removal steps.

Removal

- Remove the right front wheel mudguard assembly. See Right Front Wheel Mudguard Assembly - Removal and Installation
- Remove the front motor lower mudguard assembly. See Front Motor Lower Mudguard Assembly - Removal and Installation
- Remove 1 fixing bolt, and take out the ground wiring harness of front motor assembly.
- Remove 4 fixing bolts from the powertrain right mount bracket assembly.
- Remove 3 fixing bolts, and take out the powertrain right mount bracket assembly and the powertrain right mount support assembly.
- Remove 1 fixing bolt, and take out the powertrain right mount bracket assembly.
Warning Before removing, use equipment to support the powertrain to prevent falling parts and personal injury.
Installation

Removal
- Remove the battery assembly. See Battery Assembly - Removal and Installation
- Remove the front motor lower mudguard assembly. See Front Motor Lower Mudguard Assembly - Removal and Installation
- Remove the electric compressor assembly. See Electric Compressor Assembly - Removal and Installation
- Remove the powertrain left mount support assembly.
- Remove 1 fixing nut/bolt.
- Remove 3 fixing bolts, and take out the powertrain left mount support assembly.

Installation
