When we replace at our cost — no questions asked

Damaged in transit

Photos within 7 days of delivery → free replacement on the next shipment, freight on us.

Wrong part shipped

Tier or OE doesn't match the invoice → we ship the correct part free, the original stays with you.

Won't fit your VIN

If our matching was wrong, replacement is on us. If your VIN turned out to be a different variant, we discount the corrective shipment.

We never silently swap tiers

Your invoice states whether each part is Genuine OEM, Premium Grade A, or Aftermarket. If our sourcing run-up returns a downgraded tier, we hold the shipment and call you — never substitute first, ask later.

If we can't agree, here's how it escalates

Most issues — tier mismatch, missing piece, transit damage — close in under 24 hours.

If you paid by card via Stripe, your bank's chargeback right is fully preserved. We won't fight a legitimate chargeback.

If escalation is needed, we exchange written positions and supporting evidence.

Buyer Protection Guarantee

Every order we ship is backed by four written commitments. (1) Tier accuracy: each invoice clearly states whether each part is Genuine OEM, Premium Grade A, or Aftermarket — and we do not substitute tiers without your written approval. If the part you receive does not match the tier on the invoice, we replace it at our cost. (2) Quality checks before dispatch: every order is inspected against its OE code, labeled, and packed for international transit; for large orders you are welcome to arrange a third-party inspection company to perform an independent quality check before shipment. (3) Damage, shortage, or wrong-part guarantee: report any issue within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we will ship a free replacement or refund the affected items at our cost — no restocking fee on damaged or incorrect parts. (4) Direct dispute resolution: contact us anytime via WhatsApp or info@evsupplychina.com. Most issues are resolved the same day. Card payments are processed by Stripe with your bank's standard chargeback protection. Unresolved disputes are handled under Hong Kong law (Terms of Service §8).

1. Time Frame

You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. After 7 days, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Product Condition

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. You must have the receipt or proof of purchase (order confirmation, invoice, or quotation reference).

3. Restocking Fee

All returns are subject to a 50% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund. This fee covers processing, inspection, and restocking expenses.

4. Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for paying your own return shipping costs. Return shipping costs are non-refundable. The cost of return shipping (equivalent to 50% of the original shipping cost) will be deducted from your refund. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original method of payment within 14 business days. The timing of the credit appearing on your statement depends on your payment provider's processing policies.

6. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a defective or damaged item, contact us at info@evsupplychina.com or via WhatsApp with your order reference and photos of the issue.

7. Return Shipping Address

To initiate a return, contact us at info@evsupplychina.com or via WhatsApp to receive the return shipping address and instructions. Do not ship items back without contacting us first.
