1. Overview
These Terms of Service govern your use of evsupplychina.com and any purchases made through our platform. By submitting an inquiry or placing an order, you agree to these terms. EV Supply China operates as an independent spare parts supplier and is not affiliated with any vehicle manufacturer.
2. Products & Pricing
All parts listed are brand new (not used or refurbished). We offer three quality tiers: Genuine OEM, Premium Grade A, and Aftermarket. Prices are provided on a per-inquiry basis and are subject to change based on supplier availability, exchange rates, and shipping costs. A formal quotation is valid for the period stated in the quote.
3. Orders & Payment
Orders are confirmed once a quotation is accepted and payment terms are agreed upon. Standard payment terms are communicated during the quotation process. We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion. Orders are subject to parts availability and may be partially fulfilled if certain items become unavailable.
4. Shipping & Delivery
We support EXW, FOB, and CIF shipping terms via air or sea freight. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, carrier schedules, or force majeure events. Risk of loss transfers to the buyer according to the agreed Incoterm. Import duties, taxes, and customs fees at the destination are the buyer's responsibility.
5. Quality & Inspection
All parts undergo quality checks before dispatch including photo inspection, labeling verification, and packaging review. Pre-shipment photos are provided upon request. Claims regarding defects or incorrect parts must be reported within 7 days of receiving the shipment, accompanied by photographic evidence.
6. Intellectual Property
BYD, Denza, and all other vehicle manufacturer names, logos, and trademarks referenced on this website are the property of their respective owners. EV Supply China uses these names solely for parts identification purposes and does not claim any affiliation with these brands.
7. Limitation of Liability
EV Supply China's liability is limited to the value of the goods supplied. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including loss of profits, vehicle downtime, or labor costs arising from defective or incorrect parts. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the invoice value of the affected order.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, and if unresolved, through arbitration in Hong Kong.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the website or placing of orders after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
