What you can book

Four service categories. One booking flow. The engineer confirms the session fee before any credit is debited — you can decline at no cost.

Diagnostics

Default starting point for any repair

Read fault codes, run actuation tests, calibrate ADAS sensors, clear DTCs.

Key Programming

Fully remote

Add a new smart key, replace lost keys, or pair a replacement immobilizer module.

ECU Coding

Post-replacement coding

Code replacement ECUs, enable hidden features, retrofit modules, update software after a parts swap.

Accident Unlock

After-collision recovery

Recover collision-locked battery and BCM states. Reset crash sensors, return the car to driveable.

Why workshops switch to us

Rent the engineers,
not the tools.

You're not buying diagnostic tools. You're renting the engineers who already use them.

The problem

No OEM tool accessNo local tech who can touch a Chinese EVStuck after every parts swap

Without us

$30,000+

Buying the tools yourself

OEM diagnostic licenses run ~$6,000 per brand. Five brands = $30,000+. And owning the license doesn't teach you how to use it.

How a session works

Four steps from booking to a working repair plan in your bay.

  1. Step 1

    Connect

Plug the car into your Windows PC — via the Smartlink for most brands, or a direct ENET cable for the rest.

  2. Step 2

    Bridge

A secure gateway connects you to the OEM diagnostic systems the engineer signs into at work.

  3. Step 3

    Diagnose

An OEM engineer reads codes, runs live tests, and codes ECUs with the factory tools they use day-to-day.

  4. Step 4

    Repair

The engineer pinpoints the fault and walks you through parts and procedure live during the session.

Plans

Three flat plans. Pick the one that fits where you are. Per-session fees are debited from your prepaid credit balance when you book.

Frequently asked

How does a remote diagnosis work?

Most brands: you plug a Smartlink into the car's OBD port and link it to a Windows PC via Ethernet cable. Some brands skip the Smartlink — the ENET cable goes straight from the car to your PC. Either way, gateway software on your PC opens a secure path to the OEM diagnostic systems our engineer uses at work. The engineer reads codes, runs tests, and walks your tech through the fix live during the session.

If I already have a Smartlink, can I buy just a license?

Check your Smartlink first — units are region-locked by serial number, and only the China version can pair with our engineers' units. International versions won't link at all, so a license alone won't get you a session. (The China version still works fine with overseas vehicles via the OBD port — the restriction is engineer-pairing, not vehicle compatibility.)

If your Smartlink is the China version: the Annual Workshop ($1,499/yr) gets you a year of OEM engineer access + $500 in session credit. If you only need credit, the Session Credit Pack ($999) tops up your balance.

For brands that use the direct ENET cable path, no Smartlink is needed at all — any setup works as long as you have the cable and the gateway client.

Why does it require gateway software?

The gateway software on your Windows PC creates the secure network path between your bay and the OEM diagnostic systems our engineer signs into at work.

For brands using the Smartlink, the gateway pairs your device with the engineer's so they can see each other. For brands using the direct ENET cable, the gateway opens a secure tunnel from your PC to the OEM's diagnostic cloud directly.

Setup instructions and the gateway client are emailed after purchase — no separate download to hunt for.

How does pricing work?

You pay per session. Once you have an active license for OEM engineer access, every job is priced individually by the vehicle's brand × service type (diagnostics / key programming / coding / unlock) — see the price table above for examples.

Session fees are debited from your prepaid credit balance. You only pay for the work you actually do — no flat per-job fees, no minimum usage.

What's in a package?

Every package is built from three parts:

(1) Hardware bundle — Smartlink VCI device + ENET cable + Avatr cable. Ships from China; only in the Workshop Starter Kit. Renewals reuse what you already have.

(2) License for OEM engineer access — annual fee for access to our network of 50+ engineers from China's EV OEMs. Required to book any session.

(3) Session credit — prepaid balance debited per session. Unused credit never expires.

So: Starter Kit ($1,899) bundles all three. Annual Workshop ($1,499/yr) is parts 2 and 3. Session Credit Pack ($999) is just part 3.

Which brands are supported?

BYD, Denza, Li Auto, NIO, Zeekr, XPeng, Xiaomi, Avatr, IM Motors, Geely, Hongqi, Wuling and more — 20+ brands and 50+ models. Contact us if your brand isn't listed.
