01Are the parts you sell brand new?

Yes — 100% brand new. We never supply used or refurbished parts. We offer three quality tiers to match your market: Genuine OEM, Premium Grade A, and Aftermarket.

02Are your parts genuine OEM?

Our Genuine OEM tier comes direct from BYD's factory channel — the same parts used on the production line. We also offer two economy alternatives: Premium Grade A (same factory as OEM, no logo, lower cost) and Aftermarket (third-party, budget-friendly, fits). All three tiers are brand new with verified OE codes; only the OEM tier is genuine factory-original.

03What's your minimum order?

Small first orders are accepted so you can verify quality before committing to bulk. For best per-unit pricing, pallet- or container-sized orders are recommended.

04Do you supply parts for other Chinese EV brands?

Yes. The online catalog focuses on BYD and Denza, but we source parts on inquiry for all major Chinese EV brands including MG, Zeekr, XPeng, NIO, Li Auto, Xiaomi, and more — 20+ brands and 50+ models. Send the OE codes and we'll source upstream.

05How do you handle international shipping?

EXW, FOB, and CIF — air or sea. We handle export packing and the standard document pack: commercial invoice, packing list, B/L (or AWB), and insurance certificate when CIF/DDP.

06What if my order arrives damaged, missing, or wrong?

Email info@evsupplychina.com or message us on WhatsApp within 7 days with photos. For damage or wrong parts, we ship a free replacement at our cost — no restocking fee. For shortages, we ship the missing items or refund them. For lost shipments, we work the tracing claim with the carrier and either re-ship or refund.

07Do you offer wholesale pricing?

Yes. Volume-based pricing for repair shops, distributors, and trading companies. Mixing parts across multiple BYD models in a single shipment further reduces per-unit freight cost.

08Do you provide pre-shipment photos?

Yes — pre-shipment photos of each pallet or box are available on request. For large orders, you're welcome to arrange a third-party inspection company before goods leave the warehouse.

09Can I combine parts for multiple models in one shipment?

Yes. Mixed orders covering Atto 3, Dolphin, Sealion 7, Denza D9 (or any combination) ship as one export-packed consignment to reduce freight cost.

10Do you supply both LHD and RHD parts?

Yes. Most structural and mechanical parts are identical between LHD and RHD. For parts that differ (steering racks, pedal boxes, certain mirror assemblies), we carry both variants. Every catalog listing has a steering-compatibility field so you can confirm before ordering.

11What is an OE code and why does it matter?

An OE (Original Equipment) code is the manufacturer's official part number for each component. Using the correct OE code eliminates fitment errors, confirms the part matches your vehicle's year and variant, and ensures compatibility with adjacent components. Every part in our catalog carries a verified OE code.

12What buyer protection do I have as a first-time customer?

Four written commitments on every order: (1) tier accuracy — your invoice states OEM vs aftermarket, never substituted without your written approval; (2) QC against OE codes, labeling, and export packing before dispatch; (3) free replacement or refund for damage / shortage / mismatch reported within 7 days with photos; (4) direct support via WhatsApp or email. Card payments are processed by Stripe with bank-grade encryption. Hong Kong law as formal fallback.
