  • What buyer protection do I have as a first-time customer?

    Every order is backed by four written commitments: (1) tier accuracy — your invoice states exactly whether each part is Genuine OEM or aftermarket and we never substitute without your written approval; (2) quality checks, OE code verification, labeling, and export packing before dispatch — for large orders you are welcome to arrange a third-party inspection company before shipment; (3) free replacement or refund for any part that arrives damaged, missing, or does not match the invoice — reported within 7 days with photos; (4) direct dispute resolution via WhatsApp or email, with Hong Kong law as the formal fallback. Card payments are processed by Stripe with your bank's standard chargeback protection.

  • What happens if my order does not arrive, arrives damaged, or contains the wrong parts?

    Contact us immediately at info@evsupplychina.com or via WhatsApp with your order reference and photos of the issue. For damaged or incorrect parts, we ship a free replacement at our cost — no restocking fee. For shortages, we either ship the missing items or refund them.
