Left Front Door Lower Hinge Assembly - Removal and Installation

Removal

  1. Remove the left fender assembly. See Left Fender Assembly - Removal and Installation
  2. Remove the left front door lower hinge assembly.
  3. Remove 2 connecting bolts between the left front door lower hinge assembly and the door.
  4. Remove the connecting bolts between the left front door lower hinge assembly and the vehicle body.
  5. Take out the left front door lower hinge assembly.

Installation

  1. The installation steps are opposite to the removal steps.
  2. After the installation, adjust the front door assembly. See Adjustment of Front Door Assembly

Right Front Door Lower Hinge Assembly - Removal and Installation

Removal

  1. Remove the right fender assembly. See Right Fender Assembly - Removal and Installation
  2. Remove the right front door lower hinge assembly.
  3. Remove 2 connecting bolts between the right front door lower hinge assembly and the door.
  4. Remove the connecting bolts between the right front door lower hinge assembly and the vehicle body.
  5. Take out the right front door lower hinge assembly.

Installation

  1. The installation steps are opposite to the removal steps.
  2. After the installation, adjust the front door assembly. See Adjustment of Front Door Assembly
