Removal

1. Power off the high voltage electrical system. See Power-off and power-on of high voltage electrical system
2. Discharge coolant. See Replacement of Coolant
3. Loosen 2 fixing clamps, and remove the cooling water pipe assembly.
   

Installation

1. The installation steps are opposite to the removal steps.
2. After the installation, fill in the coolant. See Replacement of Coolant

Removal

1. Discharge coolant. See Replacement of Coolant
2. Remove the front motor lower mudguard assembly. See Front Motor Lower Mudguard Assembly - Removal and Installation
3. Detach the 2 pipe clamps.
   
4. Remove the cooling pipe assembly 1.
   
5. Loosen 1 fixing clamp, and detach the cooling pipe assembly 1 from the integrated intelligent front drive assembly.
6. Pry up a hold-open catch, and take out the cooling pipe assembly 1.

Installation

Removal

1. Discharge coolant. See Replacement of Coolant
2. Loosen 2 fixing clamps, detach the cooling pipe assembly 2 from the electric water pump assembly I and the integrated intelligent front drive assembly, and take it out.
