Gas-liquid Separator Assembly - Removal and Installation
Removal
- Remove compressor discharge pipe assembly 3. See Compressor Discharge Pipe Assembly 3 - Removal and Installation
- Remove 1 fixing bolt, and detach the refrigeration tube assembly 4 from the gas-liquid separator assembly.
- Remove 1 fixing bolt, and detach the compressor suction pipe assembly 1 from the gas-liquid separator assembly.
- Remove 2 fixing bolts, and take out the gas-liquid separator assembly.
Installation
- The installation steps are opposite to the removal steps.
Caution For the installation, all “O-rings” of the pipeline must be replaced, and refrigerant oil shall be applied on the surface of the seal rings and the seal rings shall be connected according to the stipulated torque.
