Every order is backed by four written commitments: (1) tier accuracy — your invoice states exactly whether each part is Genuine OEM or aftermarket and we never substitute without your written approval; (2) quality checks, OE code verification, labeling, and export packing before dispatch — for large orders you are welcome to arrange a third-party inspection company before shipment; (3) free replacement or refund for any part that arrives damaged, missing, or does not match the invoice — reported within 7 days with photos; (4) direct dispute resolution via WhatsApp or email, with Hong Kong law as the formal fallback. Card payments are processed by Stripe with your bank's standard chargeback protection.
What happens if my order does not arrive, arrives damaged, or contains the wrong parts?
Contact us immediately at info@evsupplychina.com or via WhatsApp with your order reference and photos of the issue. For damaged or incorrect parts, we ship a free replacement at our cost — no restocking fee. For shortages, we either ship the missing items or refund them. Are the parts you sell brand new?
Yes, 100% brand new. We never supply used or refurbished parts. We offer three distinct quality tiers for these brand new parts to match your specific market needs: Genuine OEM, Premium Grade A, and Aftermarket.
What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
For initial quality testing, we accept small orders. For the best shipping economics and wholesale pricing, we recommend pallet-sized bulk orders.
How do you handle international shipping?
We support EXW, FOB, and CIF options via sea or air freight. Our team handles the export packing and full documentation required for EV parts.
Do you supply parts for other Chinese EV models?
Yes. While our online catalog currently highlights BYD, we source brand new parts for all major Chinese EV brands including MG, Zeekr, Xpeng, and Li Auto upon request.
Which BYD parts typically need the most frequent replacement?
