Removal

1. Power off the high voltage electrical system. See Power-off and Power-on of High Voltage Electrical System
2. Discharge coolant. See Change of Coolant
3. Loosen 1 fixing clamp, and detach the cooling pipe assembly 5 from the box outlet pipe.
   
4. Loosen 1 fixing clamp, and detach the cooling water pipe assembly from the box outlet pipe.
   
5. Remove 2 fixing bolts, and take out the box outlet pipe.
   

Installation

1. The installation steps are opposite to the removal steps.

Removal

1. Power off the high voltage electrical system. See Power-off and power-on of high voltage electrical system
2. Discharge coolant. See Replacement of Coolant
3. Loosen 2 fixing clamps, and remove the cooling water pipe assembly.
   

Installation

2. After the installation, fill in the coolant. See Replacement of Coolant

Removal

1. Remove the instrument panel upper body assembly. See Instrument Panel Upper Body Assembly - Removal and Installation
2. Remove the ceiling assembly. See Ceiling Assembly - Removal and Installation
3. Loosen the hoop, and detach the left front water pipe component from the sunroof.
   
4. Detach the 4 pipe clamps.
   
5. Detach the left front water pipe component from the vehicle body, and take it out.
