Removal

1. Remove the front end module locating mounting plate. See Front Module Locating Mounting Plate
2. Clear 2 welding spots from the front bumper beam right mounting plate assembly.
   
3. Clear 5 welding spots, and take out the front bumper beam right mounting plate assembly.
   

Installation

1. Secure the front bumper beam right mounting plate assembly to the mounting position.
2. Check and adjust the relative position and dimensions of the front bumper beam right mounting plate assembly and surrounding parts.
3. Weld 2 welding spots on the front bumper beam right mounting plate assembly.
   
4. Weld 5 welding spots on the front bumper beam right mounting plate assembly.
   

Removal

1. Remove the front end module locating mounting plate. See Front Module Locating Mounting Plate
2. Clear 2 welding spots from the front bumper beam left mounting plate assembly.
   
3. Clear 5 welding spots, and take out the front bumper beam left mounting plate assembly.
   

Installation

1. Secure the front bumper beam left mounting plate assembly to the mounting position.
2. Check and adjust the relative position and dimensions of the front bumper beam left mounting plate assembly and surrounding parts.
3. Weld 2 welding spots on the front bumper beam left mounting plate assembly.
   
4. Weld 5 welding spots on the front bumper beam left mounting plate assembly.
   

Removal

1. Remove the front module assembly. See Front Module Assembly - Removal and Installation
2. Remove the engine sound simulator. See Engine Sound Simulator - Removal and Installation
3. Remove the engine sound simulator 2. See Engine Sound Simulator 2 - Removal and Installation
4. Detach 4 wiring harness clips from the front bumper beam assembly.
   
5. Remove 8 fixing bolts, and take out the front bumper beam assembly.
   

Installation

1. Follow the removal steps in reverse order to install.
