Powertrain Rear Mount Bracket Assembly - Removal and Installation

Removal

  1. Remove the front motor lower mudguard assembly. See Front Motor Lower Mudguard Assembly - Removal and Installation
  2. Remove the powertrain rear mount bracket assembly.
  3. Remove 1 fixing bolt.
  4. Remove 3 fixing bolts, and take out the powertrain rear mount bracket assembly.

Warning Before removing, use equipment to support the powertrain to prevent falling parts and personal injury.

Installation

  1. The installation steps are opposite to the removal steps.

Powertrain Rear Mount Support Assembly - Removal and Installation

Removal

  1. Remove the powertrain rear mount bracket assembly. See Powertrain Rear Mount Bracket Assembly - Removal and Installation
  2. Remove the powertrain rear mount support assembly.
  3. Remove 2 fixing bolt.
  4. Remove 2 fixing nuts, and take out the powertrain rear mount support assembly.

Warning Before removing, use equipment to support the powertrain to prevent falling parts and personal injury.

Installation

  1. The installation steps are opposite to the removal steps.

Powertrain Rear Mount Bracket Mass Block - Removal and Installation

Removal

  1. Remove the left/right front wheel assembly. See Wheel Assembly - Removal and Installation
  2. Remove the front motor lower mudguard assembly. See Front Motor Lower Mudguard Assembly - Removal and Installation
  3. Remove 1 fixing bolt, and take out the powertrain rear mount bracket mass block.

Caution Before removing, use equipment to support the powertrain to prevent falling parts and personal injury.

Install

  1. The installation is performed in reverse order of removal.
