Removal

1. Remove the front end module locating mounting plate. See Front Module Locating Mounting Plate
2. Clear 2 welding spots from the front bumper beam right mounting plate assembly.
   
3. Clear 5 welding spots, and take out the front bumper beam right mounting plate assembly.
   

Installation

1. Secure the front bumper beam right mounting plate assembly to the mounting position.
2. Check and adjust the relative position and dimensions of the front bumper beam right mounting plate assembly and surrounding parts.
3. Weld 2 welding spots on the front bumper beam right mounting plate assembly.
   
4. Weld 5 welding spots on the front bumper beam right mounting plate assembly.
   

Removal

1. Remove the front end module locating mounting plate. See Front Module Locating Mounting Plate
2. Clear 2 welding spots from the front bumper beam left mounting plate assembly.
   
3. Clear 5 welding spots, and take out the front bumper beam left mounting plate assembly.
   

Installation

1. Secure the front bumper beam left mounting plate assembly to the mounting position.
2. Check and adjust the relative position and dimensions of the front bumper beam left mounting plate assembly and surrounding parts.
3. Weld 2 welding spots on the front bumper beam left mounting plate assembly.
   
4. Weld 5 welding spots on the front bumper beam left mounting plate assembly.
   

Removal

1. Remove the logo trim from the upper part of front bumper. See Logo Trim on the Upper Part of Front Bumper - Removal and Installation
2. Detach the front bumper wiring harness.
   
3. Disconnect 1 connector.
4. Detach 1 wiring harness clips.
5. Remove the fasteners from the upper mounting bracket of front bumper.
   
6. Remove 5 fixing nuts.
7. Remove 10 fixing screws.
8. Take out the front bumper upper mounting bracket.
   

Installation

1. The installation steps are opposite to the removal steps.

2. Remove 3 fixing bolts, and take out the front bumper left bracket.
