Removal

1. Recover the refrigerant See Recovery and Filling of Refrigerant
2. Power off the low voltage electrical system. See Power-off and Power-on of Low Voltage Electrical System
3. Power off the high voltage electrical system. See Power-off and power-on of high voltage electrical system
4. Remove the front motor lower mudguard assembly, See Front Motor Lower Mudguard Assembly - Removal and Installation
5. Remove the lower bracket of the battery. See Lower Bracket of Battery - Removal and Installation
6. Detach the low voltage wiring harness of electric compressor assembly.
   
7. Disconnect 1 connector.
8. Remove one fixing bolt, and detach the front compartment wiring harness bracket.
9. Disconnect one high voltage connector of motor compressor.
   
10. Remove one fixing bolt, and detach the compressor suction pipe assembly 1 from the electric compressor assembly.
    
11. Remove one fixing bolt, and detach the compressor discharge pipe assembly 1 from the electric compressor assembly.
    
12. Remove 2 fixing bolts from the upper of electric compressor assembly upper.
    
13. Remove 2 fixing bolts from the lower electric compressor assembly.
    
14. Take out the electric compressor assembly.
    

Installation

1. Follow the removal steps in reverse order to install. If the electric compressor assembly is replaced, it is necessary to supplement the refrigeration oil when filling the refrigerant.
